The University utilizes multi-factor authentication to help protect your personal information. The link below will bring you to your campus e-mail login page.  During the login page you will be directed to setup multi-factor authentication for your account.

Faculty & StaffStudents

Your Username: <first letter of first name><last name>@westfield.ma.edu

Example: John Smith
Username: jsmith@westfield.ma.edu
Password: Relayed in your hiring packet

Your Username: <first letter of first name><last name><last 4 digits of CWID>@westfield.ma.edu

Example: John Smith A12345678
Username: jsmith5678@westfield.ma.edu
Password: A12345678

Upon login, you will be required to change your password. Your new passphrase must adhere to following criteria:

  • A minimum of 15 characters in length
  • One UPPER case letter
  • One lower case letter
  • One number
  • One punctuation mark
  • May not include your username
